MY STORY
As a Sales Manager, I developed a deep passion for empowering my sales team to grow, equipping them with the right tools, and ensuring they always had access to vital information. Transitioning into a Commercial Excellence role allowed me to channel this passion, leveraging my experience and insights to support both sales and customer service teams for large organizations.
In this role, I became an in-house sales trainer, delivering impactful programs such as Basic Selling Skills, Value Selling, Key Account Management, and Negotiation Skills.
